For live music, screenings, talks, listening sessions, and private gatherings up to 30 seated. Includes the blackout space, full lighting control, real sound system, and staging. Our assistant sets everything up before you arrive, then the space is yours to run.

145 New St, Unit BC, Decatur, GA 30030. Free on-site parking for up to 20 cars, plus street parking. A roll-up door makes load-in easy, with a private restroom and changing area on site. Rentals have a three-hour minimum; choose Standard or Custom support to suit your event.

Venue FAQ

  • Up to 30 seated

  • The space works well for live music and performances, screenings, comedy and open mic nights, listening sessions, panel talks, workshops, product launches, and private gatherings up to 30 seated. If you're planning something outside that list, reach out — the blackout lighting and staging setup make it flexible for most formats.

  • The blackout space with full lighting control, complete PA system (Microphones, Mixer, Speaker) and staging. Custom Event bookings include a dedicated studio assistant on-site for the full event.

  • 3-Hr Minimum

  • The space includes a private restroom, a dedicated change/makeup room for performers or presenters getting ready, and storage space for equipment or personal items during your event.

  • Free on-site parking right outside the facility for up to 20 cars. Street parking is available as well.

  • The studio has a roll-up door for easy load-in.

  • Basic cleanup is included with your booking. A $35 cleaning fee applies to cover post-event turnaround — no need to arrange your own cleaning crew.

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before your event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable, but we're happy to help you reschedule to another available date within 30 days at no additional cost. No-shows are treated as cancellations and are non-refundable.
