Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own camera, lighting, audio gear, props, and production crew as long as everything fits safely within the reserved space and booking time.

We currently offer two main booking options: Pre-Lit Stage + Studio for content and production sessions, and Micro Venue for small gatherings, screenings, workshops, and creative events.

The Micro Venue setup is best for approximately 15–20 guests, depending on the layout and event type.

Yes. The Micro Venue booking includes a PA system with mixer, dual speakers, and two wired microphones.

Yes. Your reserved time includes setup, event/session time, and breakdown. Please book enough time for your full use of the space.

Yes, but decorations and props must be easy to remove and cannot damage walls, floors, ceilings, furniture, or equipment. Anything involving adhesives, confetti, smoke, glitter, open flames, or large installations should be approved in advance.

An OVASEA team member will be available for check-in, basic orientation, and house setup questions. Production assistance, camera operation, event support, or hands-on technical support may require an add-on or separate service agreement.
